How To Make Your Barbecue Successful and Profitable:
- Pre-sell tickets. (This is very important)
- Pick a location with heavy traffic flow.
- Your location must have easy access.
- Use news media for advanced advertising (radio, newspaper, local business, etc.)
- Include our name in your promotions. (We are well known and have a reputation for quality)
- Have your barbecue start at 11:00 AM.
- Have a minimum of 6 people to sell and package meals the day of the barbecue.
- You will need at least three 8-foot tables to package and sell from.
